Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blackberry whiskey
  • 1 oz RumChata
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • Lemon wedge for rimming
  • Graham cracker crumbs for rimming, optional
  • Fresh blackberries or lemon twist for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of your glass into honey syrup, then press it into graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
  • In the coated glass, muddle a handful of fresh blackberries to release their juices. Set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the blackberry whiskey, RumChata, lemon juice, honey, and a few ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well-chilled and blended.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a few blackberries.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
