Brighten up brunch with a refreshing Blood Orange Mimosa. Easy to make and perfect for impressing guests.

Citrus Juicer
Strainer
Champagne flute
Measuring Jigger

Ingredients

blood orange juice
3
oz
Prosecco or champagne
chilled
Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Juice the Blood Oranges:
Squeeze the blood oranges to get about 2 ounces of fresh juice. Make sure to strain out any pulp for a smoother drink.
Prepare the Glass:
Pour the blood orange juice into a champagne flute.
Add the Prosecco or Champagne:
Slowly top off the glass with 3 ounces of chilled Prosecco or champagne. Pour gently to maintain the bubbles.
Garnish:
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a fragrant and elegant touch.
Serve:
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Blood Orange Mimosa.
