Blueberry Puree:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar adjust based on sweetness of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
To Serve:
- Chilled Prosecco or any sparkling white wine
- Fresh blueberries for garnish optional
- Mint leaves for garnish optional
Make the Blueberry Puree:
In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth. If the puree is too thick, you can strain it through a fine mesh sieve or add a little water to thin it out.
