- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz lavender syrup
- Prosecco
In a cocktail shaker, combine 3/4 of the fresh blueberries, elderflower liqueur, and lavender syrup.
Muddle the blueberries thoroughly until they are fully mashed.
Add ice to the shaker and shake gently for a few seconds to chill the mixture.
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Strain the blueberry mixture into the wine glass.
Top off the glass with Prosecco.
Add the remaining fresh blueberries to the glass as a garnish.
