Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3/4 oz lavender syrup
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 3/4 of the fresh blueberries, elderflower liqueur, and lavender syrup.
  • Muddle the blueberries thoroughly until they are fully mashed.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake gently for a few seconds to chill the mixture.
  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Strain the blueberry mixture into the wine glass.
  • Top off the glass with Prosecco.
  • Add the remaining fresh blueberries to the glass as a garnish.
