Bring to a simmer while mashing the blueberriessimmer all ingredients for 10 minutes then turn off heat and let cool for another other 10 minutes. Strain out the juice and save for 2 weeks.
Prepare the Martini:
Rim a coupe or martini glass by brushing the edge with icing and dipping it into crushed graham crackers. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine blueberry vodka, triple sec, blueberry pie syrup, pineapple juice, cream (or milk), and lemon juice.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well about 15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a few fresh blueberries.

Pro Tips
Chill your glass before rimming to help the icing stick better.
If using milk instead of cream, shake a little longer to make sure it's fully blended.
A fine mesh strainer will catch any pulp from the lemon juice if needed.
