- 1 cup fresh blueberries plus extra for garnish
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste

- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
- 1/2 cup vodka adjust according to your preference

Make the Blueberry Simple Syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the blueberries have burst and the syrup has a rich color.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve, pressing on the blueberries to extract as much liquid as possible. Allow the syrup to cool.
Assemble the Drink:
Fill glasses with ice.

Add vodka to each glass.
