Use only half of this total mixture for the middle layer
For the Green Layer (Top):
Remaining half of the yellow layer mixture
0.5ozBlue Curacao
Instructions
Start by mixing the light rum and grenadine syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice to create the bottom red layer.
For the yellow layer, blend the light rum, pineapple or mango juice in a blender or shaker. Gently pour half of this mixture over the back of a spoon to layer it above the red mixture without mixing.
For the green top layer, add the Blue Curacao to the remaining yellow mixture. Shake lightly, then carefully layer it over the yellow layer in the glass to complete the tricolor effect.
Garnish as desired with tropical fruits or a cocktail umbrella for a festive touch.
