Ingredients

  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz cider honey syrup
  • 1 oz Prosecco champagne
  • 1/2 rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon and cider honey syrup.
  • Shake the mixture well to chill and combine the ingredients.
  • Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  • Add Prosecco champagne to top off the glass, gently stirring to combine.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Bourbon and Champagne Cocktail!
