Ingredients

  • 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 ounces bourbon
  • 2 ounces caramel sauce
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream, additional caramel sauce, and salt for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Begin by chilling a tall glass in the freezer to keep your milkshake cold.
  • In a milkshake machine or blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, heavy whipping cream, caramel sauce, bourbon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
