  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 2 ounce coconut milk
  • 3 ounces whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.25 ounce vanilla extract
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the whole milk, coconut milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat the mixture until it begins to steam, then whisk vigorously until frothy.
  • While the milk mixture heats, warm your mug in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • Pour the bourbon into the warmed mug.
  • Top with the steaming milk mixture, then garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the cozy flavors.

Pro Tips

  • For a thicker, richer texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar to taste.
