Using a spoon, slowly pour the Irish cream liqueur over the schnapps. Be sure to pour it gently so that it clumps and curdles on top of the schnapps, creating the appearance of a brain membrane.
Finally, pour a splash of grenadine syrup on top of the Irish cream. The grenadine will sink to the bottom of the glass and form a red layer, resembling a blood clot.
