Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave syrup
  • 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
  • Prosecco Rosé
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Cucumber slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and the sorbet is slightly melted.
  • Place a cucumber slice in the bottom of your glass.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top off the drink with Prosecco Rosé.
  • Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries.
