Ingredients

  • oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • ½ oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream or milk
  • ½ oz caramel syrup for garnish
  • Whipped cream optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glass: Drizzle caramel syrup around the inside of a chilled martini glass. Set aside.
  • Shake the Cocktail: In a shaker filled with ice, combine butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, Irish cream, and heavy cream. Shake until well chilled and smooth.
  • Strain: Strain into the prepare martini glass.
  • Garnish: Top with a swirl of whipped cream and drizzle of caramel for a decadent finish.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Use heavy cream for a richer texture, or milk for a lighter option.
  • Chill the glass beforehand to keep the drink creamy and cool.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top of the whipped cream for a salted caramel twist.
