Instructions
Prepare the Glass:
Dip the rim of your serving glass in caramel syrup, then dip in the cinnamon sugar mix. Set aside.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the spiced rum, apple cider (or apple juice), and 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Serve:
Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. If you prefer your cocktails on the rocks, you can fill the glass with ice cubes before straining the mixture into it.
