  • Begin by preparing your glass. Dip half of the rim in cream cheese frosting, then dip it into a small plate of crushed pecans to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vanilla vodka, spiced rum, pineapple juice, carrot juice, simple syrup, Licor 43, a dash of salt, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and white chocolate liqueur to the shaker.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously to thoroughly combine the ingredients and chill the cocktail.
  • Strain the mixture over a large ice cube in the prepared glass, allowing the flavors to meld as the drink chills.
