- 1 oz limoncello
- 1/2 oz cherry juice
- Prosecco chilled (enough to top off the glass)
- Sugar optional, for rimming glass

Instructions
Prep the Glass:
- Rim the glass with sugar if desired.
Muddle the Cherries:
- Muddle the fresh cherries in a mixing glass.
Mix the Drink:
- Add limoncello and cherry juice to the muddled cherries. Stir well.
Assemble the Cocktail:
- Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cherry-limoncello mixture over the ice, filling halfway. Top off with chilled Prosecco.
