Ingredients

  • 4-5 cherries pitted and halved
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 1/2 oz cherry juice
  • Prosecco chilled (enough to top off the glass)
  • Sugar optional, for rimming glass
  • Lemon slice and cherry for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Glass:

  • Rim the glass with sugar if desired.

Muddle the Cherries:

  • Muddle the fresh cherries in a mixing glass.

Mix the Drink:

  • Add limoncello and cherry juice to the muddled cherries. Stir well.

Assemble the Cocktail:

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cherry-limoncello mixture over the ice, filling halfway. Top off with chilled Prosecco.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry. Serve immediately.
