Ingredients

  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz Plum juice
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • Plum slice and lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Plum Juice: Cut ripe plums in half, remove the pits, and juice them until you have 1 oz of fresh plum juice.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a shaker, add the Limoncello and plum juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Pour and Top: Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a slice of plum and a lemon twist. Serve immediately and enjoy.
