Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 Strawberries
  • Sugar for rimming optional
  • Strawberry slice or lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Rim a cocktail glass with sugar (optional). To do this, rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of sugar.

Muddle the Strawberries:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh strawberries and muddle them until they are well crushed and release their juice.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • Add the vodka, simple syrup, limoncello, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a slice of strawberry or a lemon twist.
