Try the Kiwi Lemon Drop cocktail. Refreshing blend of vodka, lemon, and kiwi. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled and sliced
  • Sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lemon slice and kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Rub a lemon slice around the rim of a cocktail glass.
  • Dip the rim into a plate of sugar to coat it evenly.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sliced kiwi until well mashed.
  • Add vodka, triple sec, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and a kiwi slice on the rim.
