Pisco, lime juice, ginger ale, and bitters in a fizz.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 1/2 oz lime juice fresh
  • 4-6 oz ginger ale
  • A dash of bitters
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the pisco and lime juice over the ice.
  • Top it off with ginger ale, all the way to the brim.
  • Add a dash of bitters for an extra layer of taste.
  • Gently stir to mix the flavors.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
