Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 0.5 oz crème de cacao
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

  • Add Bourbon: Pour in the bourbon and add two dashes of chocolate bitters.
  • Fill with Ice: Pack the glass with crushed ice and stir gently to mix the flavors.
  • Garnish: Top with a sprig of fresh mint and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately, allowing the flavors to meld as the ice slowly melts.
