Pour a small amount of pomegranate syrup onto a saucer and spread green rimming sugar evenly on a separate plate. Dip the rim of a champagne flute in the syrup, then coat it with the green sugar for a festive touch.
Place a few pomegranate seeds in the bottom of the glass, then add a pomegranate simple syrup.
Pour in the pomegranate juice, and top off with champagne.
