  • 3 oz champagne
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.25 oz pomegranate simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Green sugar for rimming

Instructions

  • Pour a small amount of pomegranate syrup onto a saucer and spread green rimming sugar evenly on a separate plate. Dip the rim of a champagne flute in the syrup, then coat it with the green sugar for a festive touch.
  • Place a few pomegranate seeds in the bottom of the glass, then add a pomegranate simple syrup.
  • Pour in the pomegranate juice, and top off with champagne.
