The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shot is a sweet and creamy drink that is reminiscent of the popular breakfast cereal of the same name.

Instructions

  • First, rim a shot glass with cinnamon sugar. To do this, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a 2:1 ratio, then dip the rim of the shot glass in simple syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add 1 part Fireball Whiskey and 1 part RumChata.
  • Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the drink.
  • Strain the mixture into the cinnamon sugar-rimmed shot glass.
  • Garnish with whipped cream or cinnamon if desired.

  • Chill the RumChata first: Cold RumChata gives you a thicker, creamier finish.
  • Use fresh cinnamon: If it smells weak, it will taste weak.
  • Do not skip the rim: The cinnamon sugar hits your nose first, and that sells the “cereal” vibe.
