Coconut Mojito version combines coconut rum, coconut cream, etc.
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Soda water
- Mint sprig and lime slice for garnish
Put the mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar into your highball glass. Muddle them together to release the flavors.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Pour in the coconut rum and coconut cream.
Stir well.
Top off with soda water.
