Coconut Mojito version combines coconut rum, coconut cream, etc.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Soda water
  • Mint sprig and lime slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Put the mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar into your highball glass. Muddle them together to release the flavors.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  • Pour in the coconut rum and coconut cream.
  • Stir well.
  • Top off with soda water.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of lime.
