Muddle the Mint and Lime:

  • Cut the half lime into four wedges.
  • In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges to release the lime juice and mint oils.

Add Strawberry Syrup and Cream of Coconut:

  • Pour in the strawberry syrup and cream of coconut.
  • Stir the mixture well to combine the flavors.

Add the Rum:

  • Add the rum to the glass and stir gently.

Fill the Glass with Ice:

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, almost to the top.

Top with Club Soda:

  • Top off the glass with club soda, giving it a light stir to mix.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime or a fresh strawberry if desired.
