A refreshing mix of mint, lime, white rum, and fresh strawberries, topped with soda.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 4-5 strawberries plus more for garnish
  • 10 mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • Club soda to top off

Instructions

  • In your tall glass, muddle the strawberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar together. This means mash them up until the strawberries are juicy and the mint smells minty.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the white rum over the ice.
  • Top off with club soda for that fizzy kick.
  • Stir well to mix all the flavors together.
  • Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint.
