Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz peach puree or fresh peaches
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons sugar adjust to taste
  • Club soda to top off

Instructions

  • In your highball glass, combine the peach puree, lime wedges, and sugar.
  • Use the muddler to gently crush them together to release the flavors.
  • Add the mint leaves and lightly muddle again, careful not to break the leaves.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the rum over the ice.
  • Top off with club soda.
  • Stir well and garnish with a peach slice and a mint sprig.
