Enjoy a sweet, creamy Cottontail Martini with whipped vodka, coconut rum, and a honey-coconut rim. Try it today.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces whipped vodka or vanilla vodka
  • 1.5 ounces coconut rum
  • 2 ounces half and half
  • 1/2 ounce cream of coconut
  • Splash of pineapple juice
  • Honey for rimming the glass
  • Chopped sweetened coconut for rimming the glass
  • Marshmallow for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Rim the edge of a martini glass with honey.
  • Dip the rim into chopped sweetened coconut until well-coated.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the whipped or vanilla vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut, and a splash of pineapple juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish:

  • Skewer a marshmallow and place it on the rim of the glass as a garnish.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • For an extra decadent version, lightly toast the sweetened coconut before rimming the glass for added flavor.
  • Use fresh cream of coconut (Coco Lopez or homemade) for the best texture and richness.
