For a cool, sophisticated experience, try the Cristalini cocktail, which consists of premium tequila, manzanilla sherry, blanc vermouth, and orange bitters.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 1800® Cristalino
  • 0.5 oz Manzanilla Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Blanc Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: Manicured Lemon Peel/Caviar Bump Mother of Pearl or Plastic Spoon for Caviar

Instructions

  • In a mixing glass, combine 1800® Cristalino, Manzanilla Sherry, Blanc Vermouth, and orange bitters.
  • Add ice and stir gently to chill and dilute the mixture.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled Nick & Nora Glass or coupe.
  • Garnish with a manicured lemon peel and a delicate spoonful of caviar.
