Ingredients

  • 2 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur like Baileys
  • ½ oz caramel syrup plus more for garnish
  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
  • Apple slice and caramel drizzle for garnish
  • Crushed graham crackers optional, for rimming the glass

Instructions

  • Prepare the glass: If desired, rim a martini glass with caramel syrup, then dip it into crushed graham crackers for a sweet, crunchy edge.
  • Shake the martini: In a cocktail shaker, combine the Crown Royal Apple Whisky, vanilla vodka, Irish cream, caramel syrup, and half-and-half (or heavy cream). Add a handful of ice.
  • Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is frothy and well-chilled.
  • Serve: Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.
  • Garnish: Add a drizzle of caramel syrup on top, and place a thin slice of apple on the rim of the glass for a perfect fall touch.
