Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz blue curacao
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave
- agave syrup for rimming
- red pop rocks candy
Instructions
Prepare the Glass:
- Pour a small amount of agave syrup onto a plate.
- Spread red Pop Rocks onto another plate.
- Dip the rim of your margarita glass first into the agave syrup, then into the Pop Rocks to coat the rim.
Mix the Drink:
- In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup and Blue Curaçao.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Serve:
- Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
