Celebrate the 4th of July with a Firecracker Margarita. Try this fun and festive cocktail recipe today.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Light Corn Syrup for rimming the glass
  • Red Pop Rocks for rimming the glass

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Pour a small amount of light corn syrup onto a plate.
  • Spread red Pop Rocks onto another plate.
  • Dip the rim of your margarita glass first into the corn syrup, then into the Pop Rocks to coat the rim.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, and Blue Curaçao.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass filled with ice.
