Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 1 oz orange or banana liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 medium banana peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add the crushed ice to your blender, filling it about three-quarters full.
  • Add the rum, lime juice, liqueur, sugar, and banana chunks.
  • Blend on the purée setting until the mixture is smooth and creamy about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a hurricane glass.
  • Serve immediately.
