Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces bourbon
  • 1.5 ounces fresh peaches chopped
  • 0.5 ounce lime juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the bourbon, chopped fresh peaches, lime juice, and ginger beer into a blender.
  • Add a generous handful of ice, then blend on the lowest setting to start, gradually increasing to the highest setting until the mixture is smooth.
  • For a thicker consistency, add more ice and blend again until the desired texture is achieved.
  • Pour the frozen mixture into copper mugs if available; otherwise, any cocktail glass will work just as well.
  • Garnish each drink with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel to complete the presentation.
