Ginger Pumpkin Fizz Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pumpkin purée
  • 2 ounces maple syrup
  • 2 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 6 ounces water for pumpkin juice and syrup
  • 8 ounces chilled sparkling water

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, water, and ginger slices. Heat over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Once boiling, remove the pan from the heat and let the ginger infuse the syrup for at least 30 minutes.
  • While the syrup is infusing, prepare the pumpkin juice by blending the pumpkin purée with 4 ounces of water. Set aside.
  • After the ginger syrup has infused, discard the ginger slices.
  • Divide the ginger syrup between two glasses.
  • Pour the pumpkin juice into each glass and stir to combine.
  • Top each glass with 4 ounces of chilled sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful, spiced flavors of the Ginger Pumpkin Fizz Mocktail!
