Gingerbread Latte Rum Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz whole milk
  • 1.5 oz spiced rum
  • 0.5 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • Crushed gingerbread cookies for rimming and garnish
  • 1 orange wedge for rimming
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Run the orange wedge around the rim of your cocktail glass to moisten it and dip the rim into a shallow plate of crushed gingerbread cookies. Rotate until the entire rim is coated.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the whole milk, gingerbread syrup, spiced rum, and coffee liqueur. Secure the shaker lid and shake for about 20 seconds, or until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle additional crumbled gingerbread cookies on top and finish with a cinnamon stick for a festive touch.
