Ingredients

  • 3 oz pink grapefruit juice
  • 1.5 oz sage simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne to top
  • Fresh sage leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes for shaking and serving

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the pink grapefruit juice, sage simple syrup, and 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top the cocktail with champagne, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.
  • Garnish with a few fresh sage leaves for an aromatic touch.
