Ingredients

  • 1 oz peach syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Cointreau
  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • Agave syrup for rimming
  • Tajin for rimming
  • Grilled peach for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine peach syrup, chili, tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice.
  • Shake the mixture well to blend the flavors.
  • Prepare your rocks glass by brushing the rim with agave syrup.
  • Sprinkle Tajín over the rim to coat it evenly.
  • Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a grilled peach slice.
  • Enjoy your spicy and fruity cocktail!

Notes

Pro Tips

  • To grill the peach, slice it and place it on a hot grill or grill pan for a few minutes until you see grill marks.
  • Adjust the spice level by using more or less habanero, or substitute with a milder pepper if desired.
  • For added depth of flavor, let the habanero sit in the tequila for a few minutes before shaking.
