Grilled Pineapple Margarita

- 1.5 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- Grilled pineapple
- Agave syrup for rimming the glass
- Tajin for rimming the glass
- Grilled pineapple slice and pineapple leaves for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few of grilled pineapple with the orange liqueur until well combined.
Add the tequila, lime juice, and coconut cream to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well to chill and blend the ingredients.
Brush the rim of your serving glass with agave syrup. Dip the rim into Tajin to coat evenly.
Strain the mixture into the prepped glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple or two pineapple leaves and get ready to enjoy!
