Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce espresso cooled and freshly brewed
  • 1 ounce hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup adjust for desired sweetness
  • Whole coffee beans and a slice of lemon for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill Your Glass:
  • Begin by placing your martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  • Mix the Cocktail:
  • In a shaker, combine the cooled espresso, hazelnut liqueur, vodka, and simple syrup. And fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake It Up:
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. The goal is to chill the mixture thoroughly and add a nice frothy top when poured.
  • Strain:
  • Take your chilled martini glass out of the freezer.
  • Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, ensuring a smooth pour without any ice.
