Ingredients

  • 4 oz champagne
  • 1 oz gin
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz ginger honey simple syrup
  • Lemon twist for garnish, optional
  • Candied ginger for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Ensure all ingredients are chilled in advance.
  • Pour the gin, lemon juice, and ginger honey simple syrup into a chilled champagne flute.
  • Top with chilled champagne.
  • Add a lemon twist and a piece of candied ginger to the glass for an elegant garnish, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tips
  • To make the ginger honey simple syrup, combine equal parts honey and water with fresh ginger slices in a saucepan. Simmer until the honey is dissolved and the ginger flavor is infused. Strain out the ginger before using.
