Instructions
Making the Honey Lavender Simple Syrup:
Combine the honey, water, and lavender flowers in a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the honey is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and let steep for about 30 minutes to infuse the lavender flavor.
Strain out the lavender flowers and let the syrup cool. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Preparing the Honey Lavender Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, combine the water and lemon juice.
Stir in the honey lavender simple syrup to taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
Refrigerate until chilled.
