Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz honey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz sala syrup
  • 0.25 oz butterfly pea juice
  • Soda water to top
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • In a tall glass, combine the honey, lemon juice, and 1.5 oz of soda water. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice, then top off with more soda water, leaving some room for the layers.
  • Slowly pour the sala syrup over the crushed ice, allowing it to settle and create a layer.
  • Gently top the drink with butterfly pea juice to create a beautiful color gradient.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel for a bright, citrusy touch.
