Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz rosemary honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Place ice cubes into a rocks glass and set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon, rosemary honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
  • Stir gently to combine and chill the mixture.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass over ice.
  • Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to release its oils, then drop it into the glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig for an aromatic finish.
