The Raspberry mimosa. It's a fantastic mix of sweet, bubbly, and fruity flavors that come together to create something really special.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz raspberry puree
  • 4 oz sparkling wine
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by putting the raspberry puree through a fine mesh strainer into your champagne flute. This keeps your drink smooth.
  • Slowly pour the sparkling wine into the flute with the raspberry puree. Do it gently to keep the fizz.
  • Stir the mixture lightly with a spoon to blend the flavors.
  • Drop a few fresh raspberries into the drink for a pretty garnish and extra taste.

Notes

  • Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor.
  • Chill your sparkling wine before making the drink to keep it nice and refreshing.
  • If you want a smoother drink, strain the raspberry puree to remove the seeds.
