Ingredients

  • 1 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 4 oz Prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz Soda water chilled
  • 1 sprig mint plus more for garnish
  • Garnish: mint sprig and lemon wheel

Instructions

  • Muddle (Optional): Lightly press the mint sprig at the bottom of your glass to release aroma.
  • Build in Glass: Fill a wine or spritz glass with ice. Add Elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, and soda water.
  • Garnish: Stir gently and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Don’t over-muddle the mint—just a light press releases the oils.
  • Use very cold Prosecco and soda water for the best fizz and refreshment.
  • For extra flair, add a few edible flowers or a thin cucumber ribbon.
